Rhoda currently serves as the Executive Head of Culture & Inclusion for American AgCredit. She has a reputation for being a high energy, passionate and strategic developer of others and has a reputation for converting “no-win” situations into “win-win” success stories.
Rhoda is active in the community, serving as a Board Member for St. Louis Community College Foundations, a Mentor for the St. Louis Organizational Development Network, and an Adjunct Instructor for Webster University, she is a sought-out keynote speaker, a published author and provides consulting and coaching services upon request.
Rhoda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lindenwood University where she graduated with Cum Laude honors, a master’s in Human Resource Training & Development and a second Master’s in Healthcare Administration, both from Webster University. Additionally, Rhoda earned a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Project Management from St. Louis University.

Shannon has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, coaching hundreds along the way. In addition to holding a Senior Certified Professional certification in Human Resources, she is also certified by the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in the coaching industry and serves as President of the International Coaching Federation St. Louis MO chapter.
Shannon earned an MBA at Southeast Missouri State University Harrison College of Business. She was a non-traditional student who furthered her education as a working adult.
