I’m requesting your support and approval to attend Women Unite to Ignite, a one-day women’s leadership and connection retreat, on Friday, October 2, 2026, in place of a regular workday.

Women Unite to Ignite is a non-traditional retreat that focuses on professional growth, connection, and well-being through facilitated learning, shared insights, and community building. The experience is designed to help women gain clarity, build meaningful relationships, and return energized with fresh perspectives. 

I believe this retreat will support my professional growth, allowing me to bring back new ideas, strengthened confidence, and expanded connections that can positively contribute to our team and organization. I will ensure all responsibilities are covered, and work is completed before and after my absence.
