Adrian E. Bracy, MBA, CPA, is an Amazon Best Selling author, business and personal coach, consultant, and motivational speaker. She retired as Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Metro St. Louis where she served for nearly 12 years.
After spending 18 years in senior financial management with the National Football League (The Miami Dolphins, St. Louis Rams, and the Arizona Cardinals), Bracy transitioned to the non-profit sector to follow her passion—that is, “to inspire and make a difference in the lives of women and girls.” After retiring from the YWCA Metro St. Louis, she accepted a position as Executive Director of The Steward Trust, aka The Steward Family Office.
Bracy has received numerous awards throughout her career including Black Enterprise 50 Most Powerful Blacks in Sports; Black Enterprise 50 Most Powerful Women in Business; St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women.
Bracy graduated from Morgan State University in Baltimore with a degree in accounting and from Nova Southeastern University with a master’s in business administration. Bracy is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker, and is certified through the CaPP Institute (Coaching and Positive Psychology). Adrian is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated. She is a lifetime member of the National Association of Black Accountants and the National Black MBA Association.
Bracy and her husband Vernon have one son, Donovan, and are members of Shalom Church (City of Peace).
Prior to her role at Rung, Rhonda worked as a consultant and performance advisor to small-mid size businesses. She’s also served as a nonprofit Executive Director, and educational consultant. Throughout her career in diverse industries, she has excelled at finding ways to simplify complex situations into manageable work that can truly move the needle towards improved individual and organizational effectiveness.
A relentless agent for change, Rhonda is passionate about supporting women in reaching their full potential and achieving the success they deserve. Throughout her career, she has served as a mentor to youth and volunteers on several nonprofit Boards.

Sylvia Owens is an executive healthcare leader and an all-around sports enthusiast. She was an Elite Athlete and an Illinois State High School Girls' Basketball Champion. Sylvia's commitment to academic and athletic excellence earned her a full athletic basketball scholarship at the University of Houston.
Although committed to academic excellence, she decided to forgo her 5th year of college to pursue professional basketball. Sylvia earned a position with the Texas Twisters, a National Women's Basketball Association (NWBA) professional basketball team in Austin, Texas. She played for professional teams in Spain and Switzerland as well.
She leveraged her athletic training and achievements, undergraduate course education, and life experiences to pursue a career in healthcare. Sylvia has been leading teams in the healthcare industry for 26 years. She is seasoned in all facets of the revenue cycle, including the implementation of revenue cycle software and systems, change management, and business process design.
She prides herself on being a courageous and inspirational people leader, building cohesive and high-performing teams, and being an excellent communicator and problem solver. Sylvia remains involved in youth and young adult basketball, serving in any capacity needed. She is a lifelong learner and will complete her Business Administration degree in December 2023.
Christi Reiter is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cass Information Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CASS), a global expense management and payment services company. As head of the HR function, she is a member of the company’s policy committee and leadership council and works with business unit leaders to support and drive the company’s business goals and strategies. Christi oversees all aspects of human resources for Cass and its subsidiaries from global talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation, HR operations and technology, benefits, and corporate communications. In addition, she established and is a member of the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) committee and serves on the company’s charitable contributions committee and ESG committee.
Christi has nearly 20 years of human resources experience and is very active in the St. Louis community. She is a board member for the HR Executive Network of St. Louis and is a Corporate Council member for the MO Botanical Gardens.

Shirley Repta has spent her entire career dedicated to improving behaviral health care. She has worked in various leadership roles from Administrator to Executive Director to CEO. She’s a lifelong learner seen by her completion of the following degree’s BSN from Marquette University, MSN from the University of Pittsburgh, PhD from Case Western Reserve, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Ana Sarg-Abernathy started her career journey at Mastercard Worldwide 24 years ago in customer operations, supporting Latin America Accounts. Ana is currently a Director in Technology Account Management and supports three of their largest group service providers and processors for the Mastercard North America Market and is a proud member of their PRIDE Business Resource Group, InSolidarity Projects, a Volunteer at Operation Food Search Inc, an advocate for Stray Rescue STL. and a Mentor for American Corporate Partners (ACP) helping Veterans make a seamless transition from military to the civilian workforce.
Ana understands first-hand the value of mentoring and sponsorships, crediting her successful career climb at Mastercard Worldwide, to her hard-work and supporting casts of mentors and sponsors along the way. Ana started her career as a Customer Support Representative and held various roles, which was instrumental in building her business acumen and therefore created a substantive well rounded view and understanding of the financial technology industry, all of which led to her being identified and selected to participate in Mastercard’s high performing top 25 leader’s program.

Deborah currently serves as the Vice President Front Revenue Cycle for Optum a pharmacy benefit and health care provider and subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group.
Deborah has over 30 years of leadership experience in leading patient access and revenue integrity operations in large hospital systems, collaborating with HIM/Medical Records, Charge Capture, Case Management, and leading patient registration to include scheduling, pre-clearance, onsite registration, financial counseling, and Medicaid Eligibility. She’s coached, groomed, mentored, developed, and elevated hundreds of individuals throughout her career.
